Thanks for writing Chris. Its a problem that's going to be hard to ignore now. When you think of all the Red Wing Collectors that don't even come to this website, not to mention not coming to the functions, its a staggering number of very dissatisfied people. I'm not holding my breath that the others will wake up soon though. I find it amazing that after all the posts of collectors stating their disgust at the attitude-the response is that there must not be a problem because nobody has come up with a solution. Typical isn't it? Isn't that the fact we are trying to get across? LOL
