Thank you Ed! Toby, Cheryle, et al, it is time to either "walk the talk" or find a different "dead horse" to ride out of town. Alternatively, as one of your 'group think' suggested most recently, start your own group, society, or whatever, move forward or move on. As a wise old man suggested to me one day; "suit up, show up, or shut up." Enough is enough, it is entirely too easy to sit on the sidelines and continue to complain, offer no resolution, nor take any action or personal responsibility.
