Tammy most any crock cracked, chipped, or not, will have some value. Certain crocks due to their rareity are worth a lot more than one would think. Yes even if they are damaged. It is very difficult however with damaged pieces to place a value due to the rather sujective nature of "damage". Some collectors will accept no damage while others will accept it. Your collection could have a lot of value if it has many rare or hard to find pieces. On the other hand if it contains mostly common pieces then the value would be rather modest. As far as cracks goes they usually form when a crock is dropped or something hits the crock. Cracks will also develop from changes in temperature and exposure to moisture. Its best to keep your crocks inside where its warm and dry. Steve L
