bcotter The best solution I have seen and used is to take a 2 part epoxy glue and forec it down into the crack. Then take a band clamp and tighten it to the point where the crack closes and let the glue setup for a day or 2. You can also use a piece of rope tied around the crock and tighten it by twisting the rope with a board. I would avoid using super glue. Steve L.
