I don't know if anyone helped you with this one but it sounds like your piece might be the same as the one pictured on page 174 of "Red Wing Potters & Their Wares" by Gary and Bonnie Tefft. The caption says it supposedly was a prototype for the 75th Anniversary but was rejected b/c it was too risque. No value is assigned. I hope that helps.
