Hey guys, I know the traditional way of working with Frontpage is to download the entire site to your computer, make updates, and then dispatch the updates to the server. This works well with "normal" sites with only a few hundred pages/pics. You're going to find that, with all the sub-webs, there are probably 5000 to 6000 separate pages, images, etc that make up Wing Tips as we all know it. I'd guess the entire site is about 100Mb in size. With all this you're going to wait a LONG TIME for your PC/FrontPage to sync with the site. I REALLY RECOMMEND that you perform all updates to the site as it exists now on the server. One other thing I thought of the other day with regard to adding images to the site... I tried to create a directory structure to categorize the images. As you add images to the site, even for the home page, I suggest putting them in the appropriate directory and linking them to the associated quick viewer page. This assures you don't have any orphaned images once they are cycled off the home page. I just tried to open the site in FrontPage and could not log on with the userid I previously told you. I'll email the new one... this reminds me, NEVER mess with the "web permissions" of the site! I hope this helps and I'll tell more as things come to mind. BBBush
