I echo Bonnie's comment -- people react to how they are treated, and that applies to both conventioneers and RW residents. We come out from Connecticut to the convention (my wife's mom lives in RW so our accomodations are a bit more family oriented) but have never had anything to complain about with respect to how RW "locals" treat the conventioneers. Our only annoyances have come from other convention people who are frantic to buy for the cheapest price possible (and insult you if you don't come down) or sell at exhorbitant prices. Some nerves get frayed at times, but you will find the same if the convention were held in the Cities, Rochester, or Las Vegas. In this case it ain't the location, it's people.....ALL the people.
