Based on my review of several sources, I have found nothing that would lead me to believe that the publication of and index of the RWCS Newsletter would violate any copyright law; with, or without the OK of the RWCS BOD, past and previous Newsletter Editors, or article authors.
This seems to be the only issue that would dictate we accept the BOD’s proposal. If we have a copyright lawyer out there that can clarify this issue (beyond my own understanding) I would appreciate your reply.
Keep in mind that I hold the copyright on the Newsletter Index!
