Right up front I’ve got to admit extreme bias on this topic.
The concept of a newsletter index originated solely from the Wing Tips community. All computer hardware, software, expertise, etc was paid for by the Wing Tips community. All work in designing, populating, and publishing the newsletter index was (or will be) accomplished by the Wing Tips community. After the Wing Tips community has expended it’s time / talent / energy / money the RWCS BOD proposes to take full control of the project and publish the fruits of our labor on their own web site.
As the founder of Wing Tips and a member in good standing of the RWCS my primary allegiance is to supporting my site. I hardly see how it would be to my advantage to place this index only on the RWCS web site.
