As Mr. Newkirk has previously mentioned, the copyright owner of articles published in the RWCS newsletter seems to be that of the article author. Based on my understanding, the RWCS would be in violation of copyright law if they were to republish newsletter articles in a different media without, once again, obtaining permission of the author.
Does someone know something I don’t? Love to hear from you!
