This truly does not matter to me. If the RWCS wanted to pay for the conversion of the articles they should obviously maintain the text on their own site.
On the other hand, if I were to obtain permission from and article author, there’s nothing to say that I could not republish and article on Wing Tips as I’ve done in the past.
