As I’ve mentioned in the past, the republication of RWCS Newsletter articles WAS NOT the focus of my letter to the BOD. I consider this topic to be important but exclude it as being a factor in the completion of an index of the articles. None the less, the BOD has included this in the text of their proposal so I feel compelled to provide my view on the topic.
