Your cooler was made earlier than you think. It probably dates from the early "teens" since it has the Red Wing(after 1909) and since it say's ICE WATER instead of WATER COOLER( the water cooler marking showing up in the 1920's). If it's mint as you say it could be worth around $800-$900(a guess). Hope this helps.
