Wendy and Wally gave good summaries of the recent RWCS board meeting. We worked on the schedule of events and other details for the upcoming convention, fine-tuned the proposed changes to the RWCS By-Laws and organizational restructuring, and were presented with three bids for the Newsletter contract (two bidders appeared in person). While we also dealt with other smaller issues, most of our meeting time was devoted to these three subjects.
