Wally, do you know if the same glaze was used to make scarlet and bay pieces -- that is were any radioactive chemicals used to make scarlet and bay. I have a Red Wing -- not Rum Rill -- piece in scarlet and bay. How long did Red iIng make Scarlet and bay pieces after Rum Rill left. I believe the RW piece I have shows up in the 1942 catalog, but not before.
