It is pretty obvious that some board members view Wingtips with total disdain. An examination of the comments by some at the first board meeting at the mid-winter would lead me to believe that they regard information about Red Wing wares as their own private domain not to be infringed upon by non board members. No, you will not see these things in the board minutes. The hysterical waving of the papers and whispering by the 'wizard of oz' was evidently a sight to see.
It has been my experience that those in power prefer to not have any outside critism, they want total control. Unless there is a way to exchange information and concerns outside the official channels most concerns are lost, swallowed up by "the good of the Society".
All you have to do is write an email to the board and post a copy here. Most members would welcome the information.
