Karen-- For years the Newsletter has been late in California. It has something to do with the postal department. You need to talk to your Postmaster and see what he has to say. The RWCS has been fighting this for years. It happens in other states to but mostly in California. It is nothing to get it here in Washington in 11 or 12 days. It isn't the fault of the Editor it is strictly USPS.
