In the RWCS newsletter the BOD meeting minutes are included. In the last paragraph, they discuss the sending of the letter to you, and who should craft such letter. I think there could have been some confusion on what you planned to do with the web-cam(as far as covering activities). Maybe the board did not realize that you planned to set it up in the privacy of your own room(I don't know if it can even be used remotely myself). Anyway, just a thought.
