Dino- I hate to defend this, as I voted against it, but it is not a change in the by-laws, just a rule by the BOD. By-law changes must be voted on by the Membership at the annual meeting. I don't think it is a violation of the first amendment as it is(at least it was supose to be) the same disclaimer as the Ball games have on television. It may not be worded exactly as they are but I believe that is what it is.
