But since you are the only board member to step out of the shadows regarding this new policy I, as a RWCS member, will publicly ask: 1. Why weren’t the Board minutes regarding this new policy made public in a timely fashion? 2. Is the board allowed to discuss and vote upon new policies via email without membership input? 3. Can we expect members to be fully informed via signs, etc., of this new policy upon arrival at Rochester and subsequent meetings? 4. Do members need permission to write letters and make phone calls to friends and relatives regarding the convention activities? 5. Can we expect room searches, strip searches and the use of internet police to prevent dissemination of information? 6. Who wrote the text of this legal document and how much did it cost? 7. Why didn’t the board just pick up the phone and call Byron and ask for his cooperation instead of sending this nasty letter? (Please note the date of the convention is incorrect and the letter is not signed.) 8. How about other media persons: newspapers, magazines, television, etc? Are they expected to apply for credentials ahead of time? 9. Is this discrimination by a non-profit organization against one of its members? 10. Who in the world ever prompted this gross over reaction to a web cam?
