eBay problems

I've spoke to people in the past who have had problems, problems, and more problems with eBay. Let's be straight, eBay's policy is to admit nothing, deny everything, and pawn people off on Safe Harbor who want answers. Money talks and eBay listens. A user can have 10,000 negatives, bump his own auctions, leave negative feedback to someone he never even dealt with and eBay won't lift a finger IF this person has a lot of auctions.

Let's face it. eBay will swing the rules for anyone who phonies up the dough. Some people might claim i'm being harsh on eBay. On the contrary, i been refused investigation and i've had friends who have been told to "go to Safe Harbor" as if Safe Harbor would really do anyone any good.

Safe Harbor is nothing but eBay's poor attempt at damage control. I'm not the first person to notice. There have been TV interviews stating that eBay allows major rip-off artists to continue to work on their web space.
