How about setting up a summer fellowship program for someone to work out of the Goodhue County Library. They would be responsible for developing a data base of an index of past newsletter issues. This data base would be developed so that it could be updated every 5(?) years. In addition, the old newsletters could be scanned into a data base so interested parties could view one page at a time via the internet. I guess the direct supervisor could be the business manager.
