In my "day job," I am a senior manager in marketing research. When my customers face issues like this, they conduct a survey of their members so that they don't have to guess about research questions like:
1.) How many of my members have internet access. Of those who do, how many use the internet for researching and/or buying and/or selling Red Wing?
2.) How many of my customers rely on the newsletter classifieds as their primary source of Red Wing for sale?
and on and on. So I'll also volunteer to develop and execute a survey and write the executive report if RWCS will cover the actual expenses of the survey (cheap).
