Kathleen: Wally and I have discussed this situation and the answer is that the Board has not provided the money to him to allow the work on the web site. I would suggest that those who support the concept of expanding the site write or e-mail the Board supporting the idea. I am certain that Wally would take any Wing Talk posts in support of this idea to the next Board meeting as well.
Wally has graciously taken upon himself the role of being the Board member with the charter to work with the webmaster but he needs our help.
I agree with you that the RWCS should upgrade the site and include the items you mentioned. I am certainly willing to assist Wally and hope others are as well. Even though Wally has indicated that he thought that a SIG on the web would not be part of this Midwinter, I think it is something which should be revisited.
