I concur (with Bruce)! Living in a western state where the newsletter is routinely delivered several days after RWCS members in the Midwest have already read and filed their copies, I have long given up on ever purchasing a desired piece from the classified ads. I would think that posting the newsletter on the RWCS's website at a specified time (prior to delivery to the US Post Office, of course) is quite feasible, and would rather easily dispense with this acknowledged problem that, to this point, has escaped a solution. If a lack of PCs among some members is a concern, then consider: It is far easier to buy and learn to use a PC than alter delivery schedules of the Post Office. Care to put this item on the agenda for an upcoming board meeting, Wally?
