I find that bids listed on the front page are often different than amounts shown when the item is selected for viewing and may be many hours out of date. There also seems to be a lag time of about a day when items go from the current list to the completed list and they are not on either. I understand why a system that size will have delays but it sometimes leaves me impatient for results.
I have another problem that has increased of late with not being able to get the images to load. Sometimes the image icon appears but no image is available and sometimes the icon is absent. This happens just minutes apart on the same item. A note to eBay was quickly answered but not helpful; images come from outside their system and they have little or no control over them.
Has anyone else had this kind of problem? Have you figured out how to solve it?
