So good to hear from you and the Gophers! We can include any type of graphic that you want. If you've got something in electronic format I can work with it from Washington; if not I'll be able to use my scanner once we get back home.
Here're my suggestions for how we proceed:
1 - Send me all of your chapter info in electronic format.
2 - Although you can certainly over-rule this, I would suggest the following pages for the chapter...
a - Introduction page. "We are the Gophers... we cover these states... we have our meetings every... yada, yada, yada". General, high level information about your chapter.
b - Contact and membership information. Officers, phone numbers, email, dues.
c - Your charter.
d - Frequently Asked Questions. Between 10 and 15 of the most frequently asked questions you get about the Gopher Chapter. The Answers should be complete but may also refer, and be linked to the other pages on your site that will give more detail.
e - Schedule of up-coming meetings.
f - Minutes of previous meetings.
g - You could send some fun pictures of your past events.
h - Pics and descriptions of all your past commemmoratives (this'll hook em).
You can definately feed this to me as it becomes available; doesn't have to be all at the same time. I imagine it will take a while for us to complete all this; I'll set something up so that you can monitor and provide feedback on the development at will.
This is your page, I'll do everything I can to help represent your chapter in the best way possible.
I am getting email at ByronBush@RedWingNet.com . Use that to send your attachments. In the mean time I'll be working on a framework for your site.
