If you must know, the Board of Directors meeting did not just go by without notice. The members of this board spent the major portion of the first weekend in October trying to make decisions which will help make RWCS a better society for the future. I have to say that I take offense to the tone of your comment that you posted. My viewpoint is if things are not happening the way you want them too, then showup at these meeting become an active member in person, VOLUNTEER!!!!!! don't just sit before your computer screen an throw stones.
