All shards in my buckles were dug from the Red Wing Pottery Dump and, as you may expect, differ greatly in their rarity and value.
The base price for any buckle I make is $125, no matter which shard is placed in them. It literally takes me hours to hand craft a belt buckle from the raw materials I have at hand; based on the quality of my offerings I feel this is fair.
As you scroll through the list of shards available you'll notice comments in the description detailing the color of the print and relative size of the piece which supplements the ruler displayed in each of the pics.
You'll additionally see a premium price (where applicable) in this text such as (+$20). I base this premium on the availability/rarity of the shard along with the extra raw materials required to mount the piece. This premium does not include any special work (above my standard design) or engraving.
If you have a shard you would like me to mount on a buckle you can deduct $10 from the base price of $125 and then add any premium based on my cost of raw materials, extra fancy design, and engraving.
