Green 8 Cup Beverage Server The beverage server was made with several different lids -- the earliest have a low profile and unglazed ring (they fall off when pouring), next is a low profile but completely glazed (still falls off), finally is the high profile consisting of a 1" lip that fits into the pitcher and prevents movement while pouring. Note that the brown lid is not Village Brown (although it was sold as such), the color and texture are off and, most importantly, the knob is not the distinctive swirl found on Village Green pieces. Beverage Servers were unmarked or marked USA or Red Wing USA. |

Green Casseroles and Stands / Knobs
/ Handles Pictured left to right: Medium Casserole and Stand - 2qt. - 10", Small Casserole, Stand, and Warmer - 1qt. - 8", Large Casserole and Stand - 4qt. - 12". Markings on Casseroles and Stands range from none, to U.S.A., to Red Wing U.S.A. There are many differences in the knobs on the casseroles -- the one to the left has a wide flare at the top (rare and unusual), while the one on the right (common) is much more compact (and difficult to hold when hot). There are also differences in the Stands - the one to the left has had the handle applied as a separate piece while the one on the right appears to be a single mold. In the Village Green glaze the Casserole Stands were marketed as such, in the Provicincial glaze they were marketed as Handled Plates. |

The 2 Cup Tea Pots are marked Red Wing Wing U.S.A. and one includes a "3". |

Server This one gallon Village Green coffee server with stand was found in a Salvation Army store in Colorado. It appears someone has "dressed it up" compared to the factory issue. Note the lid matches the copper stand, even the knob fits in. The handle has a wicker-like wrap. Although the stand does not match the factory model, it is a perfect fit for the server. |
