| Definition A "Glaze Chip" extends only through the outer glaze of an item (not into the clay body) and is typically found on clay items with a very heavy outer glaze. "Glaze Chips" and "Flea Bites" are technically the same type of damage but a Glaze Chip is typically much larger than a Flea Bite. |
