Welcome to our new series of pages that will provide common terms and definitions for you to assess the condition of clay products in general, not just Red Wing Wares!

The popularity of online shopping, and it's intrinsic pit-falls has made it obvious that there is a huge gap in the interpretation of such terms as Mint, Excellent, Good, etc.  The mission of this page will be to provide everyone on the web with a single set of terms and definitions (backed up with pictures) so that online sellers and shoppers can speak the same language.
